TellUsFirst™ was established in 2016. The idea behind this innovative solution began with our sister companies Optimum Results and Customer Perceptions.
After many years of providing bespoke training programmes and market research solutions to businesses, we realised our clients had a need for instant feedback from real customers. In addition to this, our clients frequently expressed their frustrations at receiving negative online reviews that were left about their business, without giving them a chance to rectify the situation first. Hence the name, TellUsFirst.
Customer Perceptions has been a leading consumer research company serving several markets over the past 26 years during which time we have processed over 1.5 million customer feedback insights and gained a thorough understanding of the needs of our Retail and Service Sector clients.
From this base, extensive research and utilising SmartPhone technology, our team developed TellUsFirst™ which was market tested from 2016 to 2018 and is now available to our existing and new clients across the globe.
